Penguin is a reasonably flat 9-hole course without bunkers. Lots of trees and creeks guard its fairways.

Penguin’s feature hole is the par 3 seventh featuring a picturesque island green. 

The final 315m par 4 ninth is a testing finishing hole with a left bending fairway and a narrow stream swallowing anything missed left.  The green was very fast and embarrassed mediocre putting… my mediocre putting!
