Played Saturday, March 19, 2022.

Kingston Golf Course is a par-71, 18-hole,  6,082metre layout a 10 minute or so drive south of Hobart. 

Scenic views of the river Derwent, the course seems longer than it is as it took a while for us, a group of four playing a two-ball Ambrose, to complete. It was also easy to play the holes out of order if not observant!

A championship golf course the greens were great and the fairways well kept. The club was host to the Tasmanian Open in late February 2022, a couple of weeks earlier, so we were fortunate to experience the course near it’s best.

The club officially opened in 1922 and the fees were $60 when we played in 2022 – though we only paid $50 each as the greens were recently cored.
